Alfredo Garcia
Owner
​Alfredo Garcia is the Founder and IT Director of Raviga Technologies, bringing over two decades of experience in IT leadership and infrastructure modernization. His career began in 2000, assisting with his high school's first computer labs, and progressed to earning a degree in Computer Information Systems with a Business Administration minor from Eastern New Mexico University–Roswell.​ Since 2007, Alfredo has served the Chaves County Government, ascending to Director of IT in 2015. He has spearheaded major initiatives, including a $200K+ network infrastructure upgrade, a $180K server modernization, and the county's ongoing migration to cloud infrastructure.​ A lifelong learner, Alfredo holds multiple industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, Linux+, Security+, and Microsoft certifications in Windows OS and Windows Server 2012 & 2016. He has also completed intensive programs in cybersecurity and leadership.​ Alfredo's unwavering commitment to innovation ensures that both clients and team members are equipped to achieve greater success.
Ryder Smith
Co-Owner
With over a decade of hands-on experience in IT, Ryder has cultivated a robust skill set through self-directed learning and professional roles. Beginning as a high school junior assisting at a local IT shop serving a West Texas Tri-County area, Ryder developed a deep-seated passion for technology early on.​ Ryder has held positions as a Network Administrator and Systems Administrator, managing complex infrastructures and ensuring seamless IT operations for operations containing over 500 endpoints. As a self-taught full-stack developer, Ryder is proficient in languages such as LUA, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling the development of comprehensive web solutions from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.​ Ryder's commitment to continuous learning and adaptability has been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions and driving technological advancements within various organizations.​
Mike Briggs
IT Technician
Brings years of experience managing IT infrastructure at ENMU, backed by a tech degree earned in 2002. He is highly proficient in security camera systems, computer diagnostics, and hardware repair—bringing hands-on expertise to every project. His well-rounded technical background and practical approach make him a key part of the Raviga team.

Founded in 2010 as Infinite Computer Solutions and rebranded as Raviga Technologies in 2021, our mission has always been clear: to deliver exceptional computer and technology services at affordable prices—without ever compromising on quality.
Since then, we’ve expanded our offerings to include VoIP phone systems, managed IT services, website design and management, disaster recovery solutions, cloud backups, and much more. As of 2025, our team has expanded—bringing new skills, fresh perspectives, and greater opportunities for both our team and our clients.
